A Rock for Many

Rock Gullickson began his NFL career with the New Orleans Saints as the strength and conditioning coach from 2000-2005 and worked for the Green Bay Packers from 2006-2008. He was named NFL Strength Coach of the Year in 2007. While at Green Bay, Rock mentored hall of fame quarterback Brett Favre. Gullickson finished his career at University of Tennessee after spending the last 17 seasons in the NFL, including the last seven with the Los Angeles Rams organization.

Before moving to the NFL, Gullickson spent 22 years in college. Rock was the first strength coach in the Big Sky conference when he joined the staff at Montana State in 1984. He was the strength coach at the University of Louisville from 1998-99 and at the University of Texas from 1993-97. Rock credits his career to the time at Montana State University in the mid 80's. Rock and his wife Terry are retired living in Oregon.
